Tigers rocked by Luai training injury | 00:28
Star Tigers recruit Jarome Luai is in some doubt for the club’s first trial match in 19 days with the playmaker reportedly sent for scans on a leg injury.

It’s not believed Luai is in any doubt for the Tigers’ opening round fixture against the Knights on March 7.
According to Code Sports, Luai picked up the injury at pre-season training last week and had scans over the weekend.
Luai won’t train this week after being given time off by coach Benji Marshall as he races to be fit for his new club’s trial match on February 16.
It’s an important trial for the Tigers given they are unveiling a brand new halves partnership this season in Luai and Lachlan Galvin.
The Tigers are expected to improve sharply in 2025 due to the arrival of Luai, prop Terrell May and winger Sunia Turuva.
While the new Tigers co-captain is expected to be right for Round 1, this setback isn’t what the joint venture club needs.
