IT was a bad day at the office for Penguins goaltender Matt Murray.
Not only did Pittsburgh lose Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Final 5-1, the netminder also copped some relentless trolling from loud Nashville Predators fans.
With the Penguins taking a 2-0 series lead after Games 1 and 2 in Pittsburgh, Predators supporters were eager to lift their team for the next two Stanley Cup fixtures at Bridgestone Arena in ‘Music City’.

An insanely pumped up, sold out, and star-studded crowd was on hand to cheer on their team. The ‘7th Man’ chugged beers, threw catfish on the ice and dealt some sick burns at Pittsburgh players at every opportunity.

“He shoots, he scores, you suck!” the yellow-clad crowd screamed.
“Mur-ray, Mur-ray, Mur-ray…
“You suck!
“It’s all your fault, it’s all your fault, it’s all your fault!”

“Passionate fan base, and it’s what we expected.”
Murray, 23, has never lost consecutive games playing for Pittsburgh in the Stanley Cup Final — the team with which he won the 2015/16 title as a rookie.
It’s been a history making season for the Predators though, and Nashville fans are eager to see that continue in Game 4 on Tuesday morning (AEST).
