CDP Annual Dinner and Constitutional Convention
12th and 13th October, 2018
This year there is a change to the format that CDP Members have been used to for many years.
We are excited to announce that the CDP Annual Dinner and the CDP Constitutional Convention will be a combined event held over 2 days at the same venue:
The Novotel – PARRAMATTA located at 350 Church Street Parramatta NSW 2150.
ANNUAL DINNER
Always a Gala event, the Annual Dinner will be conducted on Friday night 12th October 2018. The cost for this event will be $70 per head OR (when booked together) a Table of 8 people for $500.
A Premiere Feature is planned for the night. We believe that Members will appreciate this feature and look forward to sharing that with you on the night.
Arrival time and Registration is 7:00pm with a 7:30pm start to the formal part of the night.
Parking (at the Novotel) is a special rate of $10 for that night however, Novotel parking is strictly subject to availability at the time

ACCOMMODATION
Those traveling some distance may choose to stay the night and be at the same venue for the Constitutional Convention the following day.
If staying at the Novotel on the night of the 12th October 2018 after the Annual Dinner we strongly recommend that you make an advance booking as follows:
1. Phone booking (specifically) for accommodation, prior to the 12th September 2018 to secure a 10% discount off the best available rate on the night that you are staying
The best available rate varies from day to day depending on available rooms.

CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION
The 2018 Constitutional Convention will be conducted as a one day Conference on Saturday 13th October, 2018. Registration and seat allocation begins from 8:30am and the Convention concludes at 5pm.
In line with greater democratic processes there will be no cost charged for attending the Constitutional Convention.
Morning and Afternoon Tea will be provided along with a Working Lunch for Members who register.
CDP will cover the cost of the meal and light refreshments on Saturday however spaces are limited and priority will be given to Financial Members and State Councillors.
Strictly limited places available so CDP strongly encourages early Registration.
